At our last meeting Debbie reminded us about the Row by Row which is just getting going around the country--June 21 through Labor Day. Many shops participate giving out free patterns (and you can buy a kit). The theme this year is "on the go." The fastest quilter to get a quilt done and return to a store whose pattern is in /his quilt can win fat quarters (if I heard right!). There is even a row by row junior experience if your children or grandchildren (ages 6 to 14) want to get involved.
